Reach the right person, at the right time, with the right offer.

That is all cold email has to get right, and most campaigns miss at least one of the three. We build the list, the sending infrastructure and the copy, then run it. You take the calls.

Scroll to see how it found you

Found

Your company matched a search we built for your market. Industry, size, location, the kind of customer you serve. Built from live sources, never a bought list.

Qualified

Before anyone wrote to you, we read your website and checked that you actually fit. Most companies on a raw list do not.

Reached

Only then did we look for your address, and an independent verifier checked it. The expensive step comes last.

Sent

From a separate domain that warmed up for weeks and is checked daily for blocklists. No links in the email.

Landed

In your inbox, not in junk. If you are here, it reached you. We build the same machine for your market.

Built for businesses that already sell.

Cold email scales an offer that works. It does not fix one that does not. If you are not a fit, we tell you on the first call, before you spend anything.

How we pick a market1:00

✓This is for you

  • You have paying clients, an offer that sells, and a sales process that closes the calls you get.
  • Most new business comes from referrals and your network.
  • You want to grow beyond referrals and your network, with the right conversations and without doing the outreach yourself.
  • You tried cold email before and it landed in spam or went nowhere.

✕This is not for you

  • You sell to consumers, not businesses.
  • You have no clients yet and are still finding your offer.
  • You have no sales process yet. More meetings will not fix that.
  • Your buyers are enterprise procurement or government.
  • You need meetings next week. New domains warm up for weeks first.

Three parts.
All three have to work.

Think of cold email as a rifle. The list is the scope, the infrastructure is the gun, the copy is the bullet. A perfect gun with a bad scope still misses. One broken part does not halve the result. It zeroes it.

GunThe infrastructure
BulletThe copy

The list

Who you aim at: the right market, the right companies, the person who decides, a real address.

The infrastructure

Domains, mailboxes, warmup, blocklist checks. Whether the shot fires at all, or lands in junk.

The copy

The offer, the message, the ask. What actually lands once the email is read.

Cheap checks first.
Expensive steps last.

Most bad campaigns fail before the first email: wrong companies, wrong people, unverified addresses. Our build order puts every filter before the money is spent.

One header sent our emails to spam in Outlook

Gmail said inbox, Outlook said spam. The cause was one link in the unsubscribe header, on a domain that was not ours. Same email, same Outlook inbox: header on went to spam, header off went to the inbox.

We build 50 of your buyers.

We read your site, work out who you sell to, and build 50 real contacts that match. When it is ready, we book a 30 minute call and go through it with you. You keep the list either way.

Or email huang@rplusautomation.com. We use this only to build your sample (privacy).

Straight answers.

Will cold email hurt my main domain?

No. Your main domain never sends a cold email. We send from separate domains that exist only for outreach, so your everyday email is never at risk.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings?

No. Anyone who guarantees meetings before seeing your market is guessing. We tell you what we test, what we see, and what we change, every week.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many people we reach each month. Cold email is a volume game, so we do not run campaigns too small to work. We go through the numbers on a call, once we know your market.

Do I pay upfront?

Yes. Domains, inboxes and weeks of warmup cost money before the first email goes out, and we are a small shop. In return you see everything: you approve the emails before they send, and every week you get a report on what went out, what came back and what we are changing.

Do I see what you send in my name?

Always. Before anything goes out, we go through the core email, its variations and the different angles with you on a call. Nothing is sent that you have not seen.

How long until the first emails go out?

Usually two to four weeks. New sending domains have to warm up before they send a single cold email, and we do not skip that step.

What do you need from me?

One onboarding call where we define your best customers together, in writing. After that we build and run everything. Your job is to take the calls.

Who owns the domains and the list?

You do. The sending domains, inboxes, copy and contact list are yours.

Thirty minutes.
Your market, your list, your questions.

No pitch deck. We look at who you sell to and whether cold email can reach them.
